Raceworks CNC Machining Process

Raceworks is an automotive performance brand based in Bantul, Yogyakarta, Indonesia, focused on the design, development, and manufacturing of precision components for Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

For us, a component is about more than how it looks on a motorcycle. Every product needs a clear purpose, proper construction, reliable strength, precise fitment, and a design that becomes part of the motorcycle’s character.

By combining engineering, CNC machining, hands-on development, and a strong connection to motorcycle culture, Raceworks continues to develop components for performance, touring, and custom builds.

Our development process begins with real-world needs. An idea can come from riding experience, a workshop requirement, customer feedback, or input from dealers and builders who see an opportunity to improve or create something new.

From there, the idea moves through design and engineering, material selection, prototyping, fitment testing, evaluation, and refinement before reaching production. We believe small details can make a significant difference, especially when a component needs to work together with many other parts of a motorcycle.

That is why development at Raceworks does not end on a computer screen or at the CNC machine. We want to see how a product actually fits, how it interacts with surrounding components, and how it performs on a real motorcycle.

Raceworks Team Collaboration

We also believe some of the best products are created through collaboration.

Raceworks is open to working and developing new products together with builders around the world. Builders bring hands-on experience, an understanding of different motorcycle platforms, and insight into needs that sometimes only become clear during an actual build.

Raceworks brings engineering, product development, prototyping, CNC machining, and manufacturing capabilities into that process.

Engineering and Setting CNC Machine

A collaboration can begin with a simple idea, a specific requirement for a custom build, a component that does not yet exist, or a concept with the potential to become a production product.

We want that process to work both ways. Builders bring their experience, ideas, and real-world perspective, while Raceworks helps translate those ideas into precise, functional, and manufacturable products.

For us, collaboration is not limited to creating a one-off part. When an idea has greater potential, we are open to taking it further through prototyping, testing, refinement, and production so it can eventually become a product available to other riders and builders.

This approach allows Raceworks to continue growing together with the motorcycle community. Every project, every piece of feedback, and every new experience gives us another opportunity to understand how a product can be made better.

Raceworks CNC Manufacturing

Raceworks continues to build its presence in Indonesia while expanding into the global market. Wherever our products are used, the principle remains the same: create components with purpose, precision, character, and performance that riders and builders can trust.

We are not here just to make parts.

We are here to develop ideas, solve problems, collaborate with people who share the same passion, and create products that bring something different to the Harley-Davidson world.

Our goal is simple: turn great ideas into well-engineered products, manufactured with precision and built to be used.
