Every billet CNC component and performance part manufactured by Raceworks undergoes strict quality control and precision testing. We provide a 12-Month Limited Warranty against fabrication defects to the original purchaser from the original date of delivery.

1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty strictly applies to:

  • Dimensional discrepancies (fitment errors) resulting directly from CNC machining or programming faults.
  • Structural defects within the aluminum billet material (such as internal stress cracks or raw material porosity under intended normal use).

Upon technical evaluation and claim approval, Raceworks reserves the right to repair the defective part, replace the affected component, or issue store credit/refund at its sole discretion.

2. Fitment & OEM Compatibility Disclaimer

Raceworks components are engineered strictly to align with standard factory (OEM) measurements. Due to variations across custom builds, Raceworks does not warrant or guarantee fitment compatibility with third-party, non-OEM, or aftermarket parts. Customers are solely responsible for verifying mechanical tolerances and clearances when integrating our components into custom setups.

3. Exclusions & Limitations

This warranty is null and void under any of the following conditions:

  • Mechanical & Installation Errors: Stripped threads, surface deformation caused by over-torquing, or functional failure resulting from improper installation practices. Professional installation by a certified motorcycle technician is strongly advised.
  • Physical Alterations: Products that have been re-machined, modified, drilled, cut, repainted, re-anodized, or altered outside of the Raceworks production facility.
  • External Impact & Racing: Physical damage resulting from crashes, impacts, road hazards, off-road abuse, or the use of components in competitive racing environments.
  • Anodize & Finish Degradation: Natural color fading or tonal shifts on anodized finishes over time due to sunlight (UV) exposure, harsh washing chemicals, or environmental factors. Finish degradation is classified as normal wear and not a manufacturing defect.
  • Consequential Damages: Raceworks is not liable for third-party labor costs, workshop rates, towing fees, or damage caused to secondary components on the motorcycle.

4. Claim Verification Process

  • Step 1: Initial Submission - Contact our technical team at support@raceworks.id with your official proof of purchase/order number, high-resolution photos/videos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.
  • Step 2: Return Authorization - Do NOT ship any items back without receiving a Return Verification Code (RVC) from our support team first. Packages returned without authorization may be refused.
  • Step 3: Technical Inspection - Returned parts will undergo dimensional and physical inspection using precision measuring tools to determine if the issue stems from a manufacturing fault or external factors.
  • Step 4: Shipping Coverage - The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item for evaluation. If the product is verified to have a manufacturing defect, Raceworks will cover the shipping cost to return the repaired or replacement item back to you.
